2. Bookings
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance via our online booking system. Bookings are confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email.
Sessions are available for a maximum of 6 guests per booking. The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions, our health declaration, and site safety requirements prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet our health or safety requirements.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via [payment methods — e.g. credit/debit card via Wix Payments].
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of your session will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for refunds to appear.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for cancellations within this period under any circumstances, including illness, unless covered under clause 6 (Operational Cancellations).

5. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session free of charge provided you do so more than 48 hours before your booking. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Each booking may only be rescheduled once. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee the same time slot.
6. Operational & Weather Cancellations
In the event that we are required to cancel your session due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, staffing issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable by email or telephone.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred as a result of an operational cancellation.
7. No-Shows
Guests who fail to attend their session without prior notice will forfeit their booking in full. No refund or credit will be issued.
8. Late Arrival
Sessions begin at the booked start time. Late arrival will not extend your session. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session to allow time to change and familiarise yourself with the facilities.
9. Health & Safety
Sauna use is not suitable for everyone. By completing our booking form you confirm that all guests in your group have read and agreed to our health declaration and that no guest has a condition that makes sauna use inadvisable.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest who appears unwell, intoxicated, or otherwise unfit to use the sauna safely.
10. Site Rules
Sauna Stable is located within an active boatyard, marina and restaurant environment. All guests must:
• Take care when moving around the site and follow all safety signage and staff instructions
• Ensure swimwear is covered with a robe or clothing when outside the sauna facility
• Be appropriately dressed at all times in areas shared with the restaurant and marina
• Note that parking at Parkstone Bay Marina is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. We accept no liability for parking charges or inconvenience arising from limited availability.
11. Liability
Sauna Stable and South Deep at Parkstone Bay Marina shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage suffered during or as a result of your session, except where directly caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Personal Belongings
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the site.
13. Photography & Media
Guests must not photograph or film other visitors without their consent. We may occasionally photograph our facilities for marketing purposes — please let a member of staff know on arrival if you do not wish to be included.
14. Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link]. We will use your contact details to manage your booking and communicate with you about your session. We will not share your data with third parties except where required to process your booking.
15. Governing Law

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of bespoke sauna construction and related services by Sauna Stable (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We design and build bespoke, mobile saunas, including road-legal sauna conversions in horseboxes. All services are tailored to client specifications.
3. Quotations and Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Payment methods will be confirmed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate specifications, access to the site or trailer (when applicable), and any necessary permits. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the agreed design must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional costs.
Cancellations after work has commenced may result in partial or full loss of deposit, depending on work completed.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport, or supply chain issues.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and legal parking/placement of mobile saunas.
7. Warranty and Liability
We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. Equipment or electronics installed in the sauna are subject to the warranty provided by the individual manufacturer.
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications by the client.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and images remain the property of Sauna Stable unless otherwise agreed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
