South Deep, Communal

Cancellation Policy

Booking All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance online, at least 48 hours before your session start time. Bookings are confirmed by email upon payment. Redhead Retreat sessions are private hire — your booking is for the whole sauna, for up to 6 guests. South Deep sessions are communal — each session holds up to 5 guests in total, and you may be sharing with other guests who are not part of your booking. Bookings are made per person; if you're booking for more than one guest, please book a place for each person attending. Late arrival will not extend your session time. Cancellation Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us at enquiries@saunastable.com or 01202 970 292. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session free of charge if you do so more than 48 hours before your booking. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Sessions may only be rescheduled once. Weather & Operational Cancellations In the event that we need to cancel your session due to adverse weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. We will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone. No-Shows Guests who do not attend their session without prior notice will forfeit their booking and no refund will be issued.
